1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and 77da (hereinafter "77da", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the 77da website, mobile interface, applications, and all associated betting, casino, and gaming services available at 77da.io.

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing a wager through the 77da platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and must not register an account or place any wager.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through 77da, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and others), live casino (Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Baccarat, Roulette, and others), slot games, fishing games, and arcade titles. Additional terms specific to individual promotions, tournaments, or product features may also apply and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 77da, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is absolute and applies to all players regardless of jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of any such person employed by 77da or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling platforms, either through a 77da self-exclusion request or through any applicable national exclusion scheme.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of 77da services, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. This includes, at minimum, a valid username, email address, mobile number, and date of birth. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual person may hold exactly one registered account on the 77da platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 77da reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or casino rounds, and forfeit any balances held therein, including any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or permit any other person to access your account. Any activity carried out through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your full responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity.

77da will never contact you to request your password by any means, including email, live chat, telephone, or SMS. If you receive any such request, you should treat it as fraudulent and contact 77da support immediately. You should also contact support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

77da operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. As part of this process, you may be required at any stage to submit documentation confirming your identity, address, age, and payment method ownership. Documents commonly requested include a national identification card, passport, utility bill, bank statement, or mobile wallet statement. 77da may place temporary restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or betting activity pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

77da accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) through the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, and Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking. 77da does not accept cash deposits and does not support international wire transfers or foreign-currency transactions.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit is ৳100 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• 77da does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification.
• A minimum balance must be maintained as specified in your account cashier at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval; actual receipt times may vary depending on the payment provider.
• 77da reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal of ৳10,000 or above.
• Any balance derived from bonus funds that has not yet met the applicable wagering requirement is not eligible for withdrawal.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

77da is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored for suspicious patterns. 77da reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where required, without prior notification to the account holder.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, 77da offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to these general Terms as well as the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, all bonuses credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and any other conditions will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified time period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.3 Abuse & Misuse

77da reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus, free bet, or associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, hedging bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, using automated software to place bets, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotion terms in a manner not intended by 77da.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the 77da platform are subject to acceptance by 77da in its sole discretion. 77da reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without providing a reason. Bets are only confirmed once a unique bet reference number has been issued by the platform. In the event of any system error or technical malfunction that results in a bet being accepted at incorrect odds or under erroneous conditions, 77da reserves the right to void that bet and refund the stake.

6.2 Results & Settlements

The settlement of all sports betting markets is based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body (for example, the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL fixtures, the International Cricket Council for ICC events, and FIFA for football competitions). 77da will use reasonable efforts to settle markets promptly following official result confirmation.

6.3 Casino & Game Rules

All casino games — including live dealer tables, slot titles, fishing games, and arcade games — are governed by the rules published by their respective game providers (including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe). In the event of any inconsistency between the game provider's rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail insofar as they do not conflict with mandatory rules embedded in the game's software.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may vary by product, event, or individual player account. 77da reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time and without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77da platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to appropriate authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or mathematical errors in any game or market for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, table, or betting market.

• Attempting to reverse transactions, make chargebacks, or dispute legitimate transactions with your payment provider.
• Engaging in any form of match fixing, spot fixing, or organised irregular betting activity.

8. Responsible Gaming

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the 77da platform without the prior written consent of 77da. You may not use any 77da trademark, logo, or brand name in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, imply endorsement, or disparage the 77da brand.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77da shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the 77da platform, regardless of the cause of action and whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

77da's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you into your account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

77da does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or security vulnerabilities, or that defects will be corrected within any specific timeframe. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, internet disruptions, or third-party service failures may affect platform availability. 77da accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability.

11. Privacy & Data

77da collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account and accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 77da includes, but is not limited to, your name, date of birth, contact details, device and browser information, transaction records, and betting history. This data is used for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement purposes.

12. Termination

12.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the 77da support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed. Any bonus balance that has not yet met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.

12.2 Closure by 77da

77da reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if it has reason to believe that: these Terms have been violated; information provided during registration was false or misleading; the account is being used for prohibited conduct; the account poses a fraud, money laundering, or legal compliance risk; or closure is required to comply with any applicable law or regulatory requirement.

Where an account is closed by 77da due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in that account — including real-money funds — may be forfeited. Where the closure is for any other reason, legitimate real-money balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after completion of any required verification.

13. Amendments

77da reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to active account holders via email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required to comply with applicable law or to address an urgent security concern.

Your continued use of the 77da platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.1. 14. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes and claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 77da operates as a safe and reliable platform using SSL encryption and fair play certified game providers, and is committed to maintaining the integrity of all gaming outcomes.

In the event of a dispute between you and 77da that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with the customer support team, the matter will be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties. This clause does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the laws applicable to you as a consumer.
